Shoptimize ("biz", "bizim", "platform"), kullanıcılarının gizliliğine saygı duyar. Bu politika, app.shoptimize.com.tr adresinde sunulan reklam ve pazarlama yönetim platformunda hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve nasıl koruduğumuzu açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Shoptimize, aşağıdaki verilere erişim talep eder:

Google Hesabı: Ad, e-posta adresi ve profil fotoğrafı (kimlik doğrulama için)
Google Ads: Kampanya, harcama ve performans verileri (salt okunur)
Google Analytics (GA4): Trafik ve dönüşüm verileri (salt okunur)
Google Search Console: Arama sıralaması ve tıklama verileri (salt okunur)
Google Merchant Center: Ürün feed ve alışveriş verileri (salt okunur)
YouTube: Kanal ve video performans verileri (salt okunur)
Google Tag Manager: Etiket envanteri (salt okunur)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: Kampanya ve reklam hesabı verileri (salt okunur)
TikTok Ads: Kampanya ve reklam hesabı verileri (salt okunur)

2. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı

Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

Reklam performansının analiz edilmesi ve raporlanması
Yapay zeka destekli öneriler ve içgörüler üretilmesi
Platform işlevselliğinin sağlanması

Verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya paylaşılmaz.

3. Veri Saklama

Platform erişim token'larınız şifreli olarak saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde veya bağlantıyı kestiğinizde tüm token'larınız silinir. Reklam performans verileri gerçek zamanlı olarak ilgili platform API'larından çekilir; Shoptimize'ın kendi sunucularında kalıcı olarak depolanmaz.

4. Google API Hizmetleri Kullanım Beyanı

Shoptimize'ın Google API Hizmetleri'nden aldığı ve kullandığı bilgiler, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası 'na (Sınırlı Kullanım gereksinimleri dahil) uygundur.

5. Güvenlik

Tüm veriler HTTPS üzerinden iletilir. Erişim token'ları veritabanında şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır. Platformun bakımını ve güvenliğini sağlamak için endüstri standardı önlemler uygulanmaktadır.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları

Dilediğiniz zaman şunları yapabilirsiniz:

Herhangi bir platform bağlantısını Entegrasyonlar sayfasından kesebilirsiniz
Google hesabınızdan bu uygulamaya verdiğiniz erişimi iptal edebilirsiniz
Hesabınızın silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz

7. Çerezler

Platform, oturum yönetimi için yalnızca zorunlu çerezler kullanır. Üçüncü taraf izleme veya reklam çerezleri kullanılmaz.

Google Merchant Center: Product feed and shopping data (read-only)

TikTok Ads: Campaign and ad account data (read-only)

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

Analyzing and reporting on advertising performance
Generating AI-powered recommendations and insights
Providing platform functionality

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Your platform access tokens are stored encrypted. When you delete your account or disconnect a service, all associated tokens are deleted. Advertising performance data is fetched in real-time from the respective platform APIs and is not stored permanently on Shoptimize servers.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Shoptimize's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored encrypted in our database. Industry-standard measures are applied to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

6. Your Rights

At any time, you may:

Disconnect any platform integration from the Integrations page
Revoke this application's access from your Google account
Request deletion of your account

7. Cookies

The platform uses only essential cookies for session management. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
