1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, simply contact us at info@shoptimize.com.tr within 14 days of your payment. No explanation is required.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@shoptimize.com.tr with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
We will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Shoptimize subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
4. Free Trial
All Shoptimize plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
5. Payments Processed by Paddle
Payments for Shoptimize are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing and is responsible for payment processing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf. If you have a billing query, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/legal/buyers.
